After the fall of Viktor and Ambessa, how could those that remain keep moving forward after suffering so much loss?
Caitlyn lost both her mother and brother and Vi had lost her sister and father all over again.
They have each other, but is that enough? Healing will take time, love and patience from them both.

Hi! This story is a continuation of Caitlyn and Vi's love story from the Netflix show Arcane. This story is set after the war with the noxians and Viktor.
This story will focus on the aftermath of the war on Piltover and Zaun.
In this story, Caitlyn and Vi will focus on healing themselves and the cities.

Unfortunately, it happened accidentally, and just as Vi had learned her sister was seriously ill, and was finally starting to get through to her. To make things even worse, she then learns from Caitlyn that her sister will almost certainly be sentenced to death. But Vi isn't ready to give up on her sister so easily, especially not because of some topside laws. Besides, it's just concrete walls keeping Jinx in, and... she doesn't call Vi Fat Hands for nothing... This book took me WAY longer to write than I thought it would. Noxus invades both Zaun and Piltover, so to try and save their children, families send their children to Ionia Academy, a school designed to prepare its students for battle and leadership. They spend the next year training for battle, watching the invasion on the news, and writing letters to their family so they can come back at the end of the program to help end the war. Vi Jinx and Ekko leave in a hurry to the program, and she tries to find some normalcy in them after being out of prison for only a few months. She runs into Caitlyn, who she thinks is a stuck-up Pilitie Princess with no concept of hard work or struggle. Caitlyn Mel and Jayce leave Piltover right as the invasion starts and try to find some solace in their new home. Caitlyn thinks Vis egotistical and rude and spends her tike trying to ignore her smart remarks. What happens when these two end up in competition and live in the same big compound?Complete

(I don't know much League lore so bear with me!) Vi and Caitlyn finally have the chance at a good life with each other, but Caitlyn suspects something her mourning partner doesn't. After scanning the maps, it's perfectly plausible that Jinx, Vi's sister could have evaded death. If Jinx and Vi reunite, it could make Vi completely happy, but Caitlyn fears that Vi will die searching for Jinx. Mel has taken her mother's place. She never thought that her, the just, refined, former Councilor of Piltover, would run such a warlike place like Noxus. She thinks that maybe, if she tries hard enough, the people can possibly incorporate peace in their morals. Sevika thought that her little family would last, but she was horribly mistaken. Losing both Isha and Jinx, on top of the stress of being a Councilor, has taken its toll on her. She can't bear to find people she connects to in fear of losing them as well. Jinx is alive. Not well, but alive. She barely escaped the blast of her grenade with her shimmer-induced speed, dragging her heavily injured body through an air duct. Now, she's all alone again, inside of the tunnel systems. She doesn't know where to go, scrounging for scraps and barely making it through each day. Ekko's returned to the Firelights, but a change has occurred. He had started to mend his relationship with Jinx, and after the news of her death hit him, he stopped finding joy in things. The young Firelights playing, the sunlight streaming through the tree, his hoverboard, all things that used to put a smile on his face, just seem to remind him of Jinx. Jayce and Viktor are stranded in space. The blast from the Arcane destroyed their mortal forms, and now only their celestial bodies remain. They travel to different universes now, helping people when needed, or just talking about their memories together.
