It's been a year since the world ended. The few survivors running off instincts and the flesh of animals,the dead, and whatever else they can get there desperate hands on.

Preston is one of the few to survive. He wasn't very happy about it though. He feels dead. Like a ghost...like he died that day he saw the plane come down-the day it all ended- and now the earth is his grave that he is forever trapped in. Buried deep beneath, trauma,regret,pain,desire, and sorrow. Longing for things to go back the way they were.

Then he meets Ryker and his gang. A group of survivors, just as desperate as Preston, only difference is instead of jumping to instincts as a way to survive they search for a solution.
