Writing is accessible to everyone.

I think that's partly why it's so hard to pursue as a career in the age of information. I've recently taken a creative writing class, and while I'm not much for poetry, there is something to be said about the medium and how it lends itself to ease of expression. So, here's what I'm going to do. Every once in a while, on a Wednesday, and yes, I know the first post will fall on Thursday, I'm going to post a poem. What I would encourage you, the reader, to do is write with me. In the comments of every post, go ahead and leave your critiques (what you liked, and what you weren't too fond of), but more importantly, post a link to a poem of your own-I'd be happy to take a look. And, hopefully, I can spotlight a poem of yours I liked with every post.
