Twelve years ago the people of the small town of Gravity Falls were imprisoned by an entity called Bill Cipher. However, local heroes the Pines family defeated Bill Cipher making sure he would never terrorize their town again. Nowadays the people of Gravity Falls rejoice in Bill Cipher's death. Slowly forgetting the terrible things Bill had done. However, across the universe, the unfolding truth was that Bill is alive. In his final moments avoiding burning in Stanly's memory, Bill Cipher invoked an ancient spirit by name the AXOLOTL, pleading for one more chance-a chance to escape death. Bill was widely known across the multiverse with his infamous story of destroying universes. And for his crimes, the AXOLOTL sent Bill Cipher into the Therprism-a prison to hold the multiverse's worst criminals. As one final test Bill Cipher was sent to Gravity Falls to learn the error of his ways and find forgiveness, but others seem unconvinced. But when Bill's old friend visits him to help, things don't seem so grim.
