Fractures of Being

Set in a dystopian, unnamed city that blurs the lines between the present and the near-future, Fractures of Being follows the fragmented life of Elias Ito, a disillusioned artist and philosopher. The city, known simply as "The Gray," is a decaying metropolis suffused with smog, surveillance, and pervasive loneliness. In this world, humanity is paradoxically hyperconnected yet profoundly alienated. The narrative unfolds in an episodic structure, oscillating between Elias's bleak present and a series of vivid, often traumatic memories.
