Two young Trainers arrive in Kanto to forge their own paths, separate from their famous fathers.

Toru Oak is the Alola League Champion. He has never lost a battle. He says he's looking for stronger opponents, but that's not the only reason he takes off to Kanto. He's running from his broken home.

Nakhil Arichi once wanted to be an astronaut, but since his father disappeared, all he cares about is making a name for himself as the greatest Trainer in the world. He has failed to triumph over two Pokémon Leagues already and lost spectacularly to his half-brother Barry at the Battle Tower in Sinnoh. This time, Nakhil is determined to succeed, and he will gladly crush Toru to do so... but that isn't what he really needs. He needs to grieve...

...And there are things much bigger and darker than lost and grieving kids in the shadows of the Pokémon world, like whoever killed Palmer, Nakhil's father.

This is the sequel to Pokémon: The Hour Before Dawn. It can be read on its own, but I'd recommend reading the prequel first.

Rated mature for violence. Some of the battles get quite gory. There's also a bit of swearing.

In the world of Pokémon, journeys are never just about battles-they're about the bonds we make, the hearts we open, and the light we carry within. Every journey begins with a step, but some journeys change the heart forever. Arisa Yukihara is a dreamer, gentle yet unyielding, carrying warmth in her heart like a lantern against the dark. With her first Pokémon by her side, she sets out to discover herself-not just as a trainer, but as someone who wishes to heal, to protect, and to shine in her own way. She may not walk the same path as her childhood friend Ash, but her steps are guided by her own courage, compassion, and hope. But fate, as always, has its own plans. Her path tangles with that of Gary Oak-the prodigy who hides his loneliness behind pride, whose victories mask the quiet longing he never admits. Their rivalry sparks like fire, yet under the ashes lies something softer, something neither of them can ignore. Through dazzling battles, late-night talks under the stars, small kindnesses hidden in arguments, and the unspoken comfort of simply being there-Arisa and Gary begin to learn that life isn't only about how brightly you can shine on your own. Sometimes, it's about the luminance you carry together. A story of fluff, friendship, and first love in the Pokémon world-where every moment holds a little glow, and every heart has its own way of shining. this story is rightfully mine but the characters and the Pokémon story belongs to Takeshi shudo ... however the oc here and the plot is mine .... a Gary oak x oc story...

N's son Neptune has long accepted that his own son died in tragic circumstances. So when he gets an unexpected call from a stranger in Galar, claiming that his son is alive and well, he doesn't know what to think. This unidentified man also claims to be a member of the criminal syndicate Cipher. It's suspected that they aided Team Plasma's last revival, but why would even Team Plasma know the location of a baby who supposedly drowned when he was only one week old? Naturally, Neptune and his friends want to find out for themselves, but this is an International Police issue as well as a personal one. They send two promising young officers, Triton and Sam, but that won't be enough. They also enlist the help of a woman from Orre, Heather. She's a bounty hunter, hacker, frighteningly strong Trainer and most importantly, she can see the auras of Shadow Pokémon - which may well be necessary if Team Plasma and Cipher really are working together. Evil teams aren't the only enemies awaiting these young heroes in Galar. Heather thinks she's seen it all. She thinks she's immune to falling in love, but a mysterious and eccentric young man might just prove otherwise... and it might just impact the investigation. Not to mention the appearance of a maniac from 300 years ago... ★★★ CW: Rated mature for language, violence and overcoming abuse. Timeline: 75 years after Pokémon Colosseum, 69 years after Pokémon Black/White, 61 years after Sword/Shield Regions: Galar, Unova, Orre, Sinnoh/Hisui ★★★ This story can be read on its own (all references to the past will be explained), but it is also a sequel. I'd recommend reading my other stories to avoid spoilers and get familiar with the OCs. They're best read in the order they were written: 1. Homecoming 2. Fool's Gold 3. Battle Armour 4. Bloodstone 5. Obsidian 6. Azurite 7. Turquoise 8. This story 9. Mars 10. Mars 2/Hour Before Dawn This story also spoilers parts of Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

This novel is recommended PG-13! Born without emotions, Emmaly had worried her parents that something was wrong with her. But all it took was meeting her two older brothers, Ben and Jin, for her emotions to be unlocked and become a normal child. Having so much love for their little sister, the two brothers always went above and beyond to give her the best birthday gifts. The Langit family were never involved with pokémon, but when Emmaly showed great love and interest in the pokémon Lucario, Ben and Jin absolutely had to find a Riolu for their little sister. It proved very difficult when they traveled to the Sinnoh region, however, as the Lucario species was in such high demand that hardly anyone could obtain one anymore. Feeling defeated and ready to go home, they are met with the legendary pokémon Arcues. The god of pokémon could sense their love and despair and gifted them with a fully developed egg. On her fifth birthday, Ben and Jin happily gave her the pokémon egg. The egg had hatched immediately into a Riolu, and Emmaly and Riolu loved each other at once. Peace would not last forever as the Langit family got invaded. Emmaly and her parents were forced to retreat as the two brothers held the invaders off. They were never seen again after that. At age thirteen, Emmaly takes Riolu and runs away from home to start her own journey. Join Emmaly and Riolu on their journey as they meet all kinds of pokémon, fight all sorts of battles, and search for clues to find out what happened to her favorite older brothers.

A 10-year-old boy, with a goal to become a Pokemon Champion, sets out on a journey across the Kanto Region. A journey charged with friendships, fun, and battles. Team Rocket, a criminal organization with disastrous plans is hiding mind-blowing secrets. Buckle up, cause it's going to be one hell of an adventure! Frequently Asked Questions: Q - What's special about this fanfiction? A - The books have an architectured story, from mysteries to time travel. From being awfully childish to brutally mature. Also, the protagonist ages. Q - Who are the Main Protagonists and the rivals? A - Red, a character from the Pokemon Video Games is the main protagonist along with his best friend Leaf. Whereas the character Blue (also known as Gary in the anime) is more of a frenemy than a rival. The main rivals would be Team Rocket Grunts - Cassidy and Butch as well as their Boss, Giovanni. Q - Is this story based on Pokemon Red or FireRed? A - The story has a few iconic moments from the games/manga but those events do not play a big part in the main story arc. Q - Is Ash Ketchum in it? A - The story takes place in its own universe. I try to bring some events from the games, the manga, and the anime. You get to see a different version of Ash Ketchum (close to how he has been depicted in the anime) in 2 chapters of this book. Q - Is Team Rocket the same as in the anime? A - While Cassidy and Butch are characters from the anime, they have a different overall character arc than in the anime. Team Rocket is darker than in any previous versions and has a purpose and a plan other than stealing. Giovanni's plan plays out slowly in the course of three books. Q - It has time travel? A - It does, time travel is hinted at in the first book with the actual "time traveling" in the second book. Q - "I hope the protagonist has a father, hahaha" A - Yes, he does. The character mostly appears in flashbacks but is an important character.
