In her final year of university, Blaire Kwan is determined to get everything right. Which includes cutting out all distractions - such as dating - to achieve the perfect scores and manufacture the perfect cheerleading team to claim the first gold trophy to in the Hartell Heartbreakers' history of constant defeat. That is, until her best friend's brother, golden boy pro-footballer Alex Halstead, moves to the city on loan to A.F.C. Greenwich, threatening to unravel everything.
