For all his life, Micah Wheeler loved Solas. It was a card game like no other, having replaced sterile boards of fabric and the realm of imagination with sleek glass and holograms that made fantasies reality. The game was magnetic, hypnotic, and had brought many into its thrall in its short lifespan. Micah was happy to be one of those many, letting the world fade away as he and his friends indulged in their cards, but was it all truly worth it when life seemed to crumble around him? What kind of hold did the game have on other people, and what did it say about them when all the flash and spectacle had ceased? Rulebook 1. Each player is given three Hero cards, which will serve as their combatants to defeat their opponent. Each Hero has a number known as Powerpoints attached to them to overpower weaker opponents. Defeated Heroes are sent to the Discard pile until a player rotates through the rest of their Hero cards. 2. Each Player also has three Magic and several Treasure cards that can aid in increasing their Hero card's power. Magic Cards can be used once before being discarded, whereas Treasures will stay on the field until the game ends. 3. The game is separated into two categories of play: a Single-Phase and a Double-Phase. A Single-Phase game limits the players to three Magics and no Treasure Cards. Double-Phase games offer unlimited Magic Cards as well as the aforementioned Treasures. 4. The first player to gain three victories is declared the winner.

Note: This is a story I wrote probably half a decade ago, as part of a competition a friend of mine coaxed me into joining, I wrote it up to chapter 1, but I fell in love with story and decided to continue writing it, i got stuck towards the end, then i was able to finish it a few years later, indirectly due to my lil sis who isn't really my lil sis anymore now, its a story i'll cover in something I call Blood & Water.

In my life your all in or all out. It's a lesson I had to learn and had I learned it earlier, I'd have saved myself a lot of heartbreak, time, and ruin. One I take seriously to protect myself, but use sparingly cause people come and go with a purpose. At the end of the day I fight for me and mine. Therefore my mind though, my heart, soul, and trust is something I can not go half n half on.

He then found himself diving into a world of misunderstandings, friendships, heartbreaks and hard work. He began to learn that life is not as easy as he seemed. Living his life in the mundane world, Lithius discovered a hidden folder in Felix's phone containing similar words to the ones marked on his scroll. In this planet, there are over 7 billion people living. All with different names and backgrounds. No one can tell the future but one can tell of the past. It's not always happy, but we try to move on. We all have stories to tell and someday these stories will be passed on. Will they like our stories, be inspired by it, hate it, relate to it? It will all depend on who they are, I guess.
