Love.

Terrible thing isn't it? It makes you vulnerable, weak and it makes you put your guards down: It gives a person the power to hurt you. Love comes without a warning, and when it's gone it leaves you crying on the bathroom floor at 4 in the morning wondering if life is even worth living anymore. Love controls you. Love keeps you hostage. Love makes you feel so many other emotions that even a simple phrase like "I like your smile" can make a person feel like they're floating on the clouds; just as a simple phrase like "I like you but as a friend" can shatter you into a thousand pieces. And that's why people build up walls with steel reinforced metal security doors and a combination that's in a foreign language -Love is destructive.
