Contaminated

60 days before the apocalypse started, there was a weird sighting found in Yakutsk, Russia. It looked to be a normal person on the snowy road, but upon further inspection, there was something... Off. This person smelled horrid, looked horrid, his skin was bloated and some parts rotted, his entrails were out, some bone peeked out. People suspected that this was just a person who likely froze to death, but contrary to that belief, people nearby the area told a different story. It was moving and alive minutes before. When they went to check on the body again, it was gone. The police who were watching saw it move and went to inspect it until bit an officer and ran off after shots were fired. What started off as a myth now became a daunting reality, as the start of tbe apocalypse occurs. We are introduced to our protagonist, William (Will) he grew up in London and moved to the US and even rented an apartment so he can spend more quality time with his love interest. He had a fairly normal life until the the zombie apocalypse started, spreading from Siberia to Mongolia to China, and so fourth. William's reality was turned upside down. The face of a wit, joyful and humorous man became a confused, aggravated and troubled person trying to cheer himself up. He became more impertinent and insensitive ever since his lover became infected and he chose to stay in his apartment recording the apocalypse. Which leads us to the first chapter...
