Celia, a black-scaled kobold, is the champion of the dragon goddess Lady Tamara, gifted with eternal youth and a white dragon companion named Winifred. Celia's peaceful life in her kobold colony is shattered when Orc raiders capture her father and other tribesmen, victims of cruel experiments that have left them suffering. Driven by a thirst for vengeance, Celia ventures forth from her home, her bow Tamara's Talon and Winifred at her side. Celia's search leads her to an ancient, forgotten city, where she stumbles upon a group of unlikely adventurers - Chance, a feline humanoid; Saguer, a scholarly human; Samara, a green dragonborn; and Magna, a mysterious magma-like creature. This motley crew, calling themselves The Glorious Incontrovertibles, are on a quest to forge a legendary weapon known as the Un-Maker, capable of slaying a powerful an evil dragon threatening to destroy multiple worlds. Celia, recognizing an opportunity to aid her own quest, decides to join the group, though she is wary of trusting strangers after her colony's tragedy.
