Celia, a black-scaled kobold, is the champion of the dragon goddess Lady Tamara, gifted with eternal youth and a white dragon companion named Winifred. Celia's peaceful life in her kobold colony is shattered when Orc raiders capture her father and other tribesmen, victims of cruel experiments that have left them suffering. Celia, recognizing an opportunity to aid her own quest, decides to join the group, though she is wary of trusting strangers after her colony's tragedy.
