The Broken Road to Happiness

In the slums of Baltimore a girl named Abril is facing head-on her challenges from Allah. Her parents are foreign; Her mom, Isha, is from Pakistani and her dad, André, is from Mexico. Growing up as a child Abril was exposed to a ghetto lifestyle and some elements of LGBTQIA+ but despite these things, she still managed to skip three grades and graduated high school when she was fifteen years old.
