Set in the year 2080, three years after the events of Cyberpunk 2077. Night City is just as awful as it's always been, but that's no different. Corporations are still trying to get each other to break the treaty, gangers are still causing troubles in the streets, and there's still plenty of eddies to be made if you're lucrative enough. What is different, though, is the scene. Johnny's back, Smasher just made his triumphant return, and an all new generation of Night City Legends are getting hailed as the greatest to ever live.
This is Prometheus.
Disclaimer: This story will have spoilers for Cyberpunk 2077, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Cyberpunk Edgerunners, and essentially any other Cyberpunk series that you can wrap your brain around. This story follows The Temperance Secret Ending with Male V, with some changes. The Adam Smasher that Johnny and V killed was a decoy body, his construct having been put on an engram for ease of swapping, and Johnny is pissed. Now, he's back in Night City, and he's playing a back and forth game of cat and mouse with his old nemesis.
