Rafe leans forward and waits for Barry's hand, he doesn't know why he wants Barry to guide him again, looking up confused when he doesn't. Barry then catches on and reaches over grabbing the hair on his nape this time, quite roughly because he couldn't help himself and pushes his head down. He doesn't let him up straight away though, relishing in the power he has over the other boy. Rafe doesn't force his way up either once he's done the line, just waits with his cheek pressed to the table until Barry pulls him up again.

I don't know what to describe this but Rafe has a hard home life but always runs to Barry.
