The Yokohama borders have been opened, but as a trial run, the Hero Commission has decided to send in a few select students from Class 1-A and some pro heroes. 

But before the trial run, one of the Hero Commission's researchers does something they didn't realize would lead them down a road they can't return from.

Yokohama has been the talk of Japan since Quirks first appeared. It was the only city in the world that Quirks did not appear in, due to a barrier protecting the city. | | | | (A lot of things will be changed, you will understand more as you read. this takes place from when Atsushi got kicked out of the orphanage and has nothing to eat and nowhere to sleep when he ended up in Yokohama struggling to survive until he met dazai and the ADA that soon takes him as part of the agency, but what he didn't know before he got kicked out and met dazai is that someone or something is following him other than telling dazai and kunikida that the "tiger" followed him, are a girl and a fox, the fox is about the size of the tiger follow him all the way to Yokohama wherever he goes, but no one knows for sure who that fox and the mysterious girl was, but Atsushi and the rest of the agent will see who that fox is and the girl that had followed him and protect him. warning: contains misspelling, violence, and spoilers suicide (it's dazai for crying out loud) (if someone didn't watch BSD) WORD OF CONDITION: bungou stray dogs belongs to sango harukawa, and the OC belongs to me so please do not send negative comments on this enjoy reading > w 0.

This is my first fanfiction and my first time writing something publicly like this( sorry if it sucks). This is a fan-fiction cross-mix with Bungo Stray Dogs and My Hero Academia being in the same universe. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps.
