Hikaru Kamiki was the Producer of his production after that he took control of the Smart Brain corp as the CEO planning to kill the humanity itself turning people into Orphnochs.
As Aqua Hoshino noticed his right palm hand was turning into ashes he thinks he was turning into an Orphnoch too but he didn't know it. He decided to become Kamen Rider Faiz to fight the Orphnochs.
