Rue is a skilled hunter and assassin. He always has been, and likely always will be. He's one of the more closed off merfolk, and for good reason.

Abandoned at a young age, Rue grew to be violent and aggressive. Having to look out for yourself in the ocean depths isn't easy when you're the size of a flounder.

Enter Dursei, goddess of the deep, protector of misfits. Young Rue has made it his life mission to find Dursei and wake her from her eternal slumber, and he'll stop at nothing to accomplish his task.

Little does he know, it's not going to be an easy feat..
