PART ONE OF When The Sky Is Clear
The police station is usually calm at night, at least until Tommy arrives with his sharp words and cunning retorts. After getting roped in his shenanigans, Ranboo pays the price of being Tommy's friend in the damp cell they get shoved in. A cop notices them and maybe realises a few things about his colleagues. Tommy's older brother is here to collect the teens from the station and uses the opportunity to annoy the teen.

Phil is bored, Tommy likes illegal art, Ranboo gets dragged along, and Techno is trying.

But what happens if one catastrophically timed scream unravels a web of secrets and Tommy finds himself at the centre of all of it? Tubbo and Ranboo have very different thoughts on whether Michael should go into the life of crime. Not that is parents actions are leaving any good reasons to be a functioning member of society. Phil deserves a pay rise. Techno can't get some villains out of his hair, Wilbur seems certain that's because they were trained by his arch nemesis. Tommy just wants to know why his friends have a tendency for arson. Phil watched his assistant turn and walk around the corner, in the corner of Phil's eye he swore he saw a bruise hidden mostly by the gloves Tommy started wearing after accidentally walking into eret who ended up spilling coffee on Tommy who had seemed more concerned about the shirt then the burns he was getting. Phil didn't have a clue on what could be going on, all he knew was his assistant was getting hurt and he had no idea how to fix it. Phil just hoped Tommy will tell him what was wrong soon, he hated seeing his flock members hurt, especially the fledgling. OR Tommy is getting Tommy abused by a green blob and his employers are concerned, not to mention his employers are the three top hero's in the city who have taken one look at this traumatic train-wreck of a child and went 'we want that *yoink* pleasure doing business with ya' and walks off. And being pushed into the sea of unknown substance. ------- Tommy was looking for his roommate yet luck wasn't upon him, and he somehow went from having healing powers to having wide spread wings, and different powers than before after falling into a puddle. Oh and he has black handprints on his back.
