I know you've watched countless YouTube videos, searched in Google, tried subliminal affirmations, tried so many products, tried so many diets, and tried so many medications-but your acne still persists.
So in this book I'll share what worked for me in treating my acne, both physically and mentally. Trust me, it's not about spending money on products or spending countless hours online. All you'll need is an open mind and trust in the process, and I promise it's going to work for each and every one of you.And I'm not guaranteeing you'll achieve flawless skin, because the truth is, it's not realistic for those of us with acne-prone skin. Instead of fighting it, accept it.
However, I can assure you that your severe acne will improve. I know this from personal experience after trying many methods without success. These things have truly helped to cure my severe acne, and I want to pass this knowledge on because no one deserves the emotional stress acne brings.

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him.
