Amaya Razdan moved to a quiet town for a fresh start, eager to attend the prestigious university. But each night, as she walked the winding streets back to her new home, there was one house she couldn't ignore-the dilapidated mansion with its cracked façade, tattered curtains fluttering in the wind, and an unsettling beauty that seemed to hold long-forgotten secrets.

One bitterly cold evening, a vicious snowstorm caught her off guard. Trapped at the bus stop with no way home, Amaya looked up and saw it-the house, with its lights on, as if waiting for her. Desperate, she ran to it, knocking frantically on the door. It creaked open as though expecting her.

Inside, the warmth was a sharp contrast to the storm outside, but the opulent surroundings-the gleaming chandeliers, priceless antiques, and luxurious furniture-only heightened the feeling that something wasn't right. She called out, but the house remained eerily silent. As she wandered deeper into the shadowed halls, the faint sound of a running shower echoed from one of the rooms. She knocked, breath catching, but received no answer.

Then, a chilling sensation washed over her. She wasn't alone. Someone was watching her.

Suddenly, a hand gripped her throat, and another clamped over her mouth. A figure appeared behind her-a man in an expensive suit, his face coldly beautiful and full of dark secrets. His eyes locked onto hers just before everything went black, and she knew in that moment: *she was never meant to leave*
