Hermione Granger was always at the top of her classes, she would always answer questions and she never shared her homework. But Pansy Parkinson saw her for who she really was.
Her knowledge of Hermione bordered on obsessive, from the order Hermione kept her books in her bag, to her favourite colour, Pansy knew everything.
She kept a diary of everything she hated about the girl ('the I hate Hermione Granger chronicles' as Daphne had called it) but as time passed Pansy started to notice that there's not much of a difference between love and hate.
