The Dreadful Sounds of Silence

Dread fills each child as they venture through the world of pure nightmares and hatred. None of them know whether they'll truly survive. Powers are gifted to certain children, but they're more like curses. Their powers can consume them whole and turn them into the exact inhabitants that torment them through their journey. The stench of blood is constant. So many children lose their lives trying to go back home. Is there even a way back? None of them know, but they'll try. No matter the price. They could become like the monsters, or they'll simply perish. What will happen? Why did they have to go through this? Why don't we follow the group and find out why then....
