Runaway

"Cameron! Don't you walk away from me!" I demanded following him close behind. Cam abruptly turned around and all of a sudden we were only a few inches from each other. I was surprised after all this time of how much of an effect it had on me. Even when we were fighting.

"And why not, Karlie?" He yelled in my face.

"Because once you leave, you'll never come back. Then you'll be like everybody else! Like Drake, my dad.." I took a deep breath to see if Cam would make any move to leave again but he just stood there, "Cam, I don't want you to be like them. Don't leave me." I sobbed.

Cam stood there for a good two minutes until he spoke again, "then come with me" he said. It was like my whole world just stopped in a matter of seconds. Come with him? Could I just leave my family? My friends? Ally?
