Torch, the Skywing dragonet of Destiny, always felt different from his peers. Although he looked like a typical young Skywing with his vibrant red and yellow colors and mostly behaved like others in his tribe, he sensed that something was off deep down. This feeling was amplified by the fact that his blood was blue like an Icewing's, and he kept having dreams about strange metal scavengers fighting each other. In these dreams, they possessed unusual powers that allowed them to change into forms he had never seen. He couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to his existence.

What Torch didn't realize was that there was much more to him than met the eye. Once he took the time to discover the truth, he would learn that others like him were coming to Pyrrhia. But the question remained: would they see him as a friend or a foe?

Join him as Torch learns about himself through a slight different version of the classic first arc of Wings of Fire because this time they will be more than dragons joining the fight!

The sky was turning bright colors as he watched, reds and oranges, reflecting off those white things into pinks and purples as well, it was the most wonderful thing that Uhar had ever seen, colors he'd never even imagined were in that sky.
