After Master Fu relinquishes his role as Guardian and names Ladybug the new keeper of the Miracle Box, he surprises everyone by addressing Cat Noir.

As Fu collapses and his memories begin to fade, he weakly calls for the two heroes to approach him. He looks at Ladybug and acknowledges her leadership, creativity, and resilience in protecting the Miraculous time and time again. Then, turning to Cat Noir, Fu speaks of his unwavering loyalty, bravery, and his unique ability to bring levity to even the darkest moments.

"With both of you," Fu says, his voice barely above a whisper, "the Miraculous will always remain safe. I, Wang Fu, hereby relinquish the Miracle Box... and name Ladybug and Cat Noir as joint Guardians."

The Miracle Box glows, lifting into the air and transforming before landing back in Ladybug's hands. She and Cat Noir exchange a glance, realizing the weight of their new shared responsibility. While Ladybug holds the Miracle Box physically, a golden light encircles them both, symbolizing their unity in guardianship.

However, as Wayzz explains the cost of this decision, it becomes clear that Master Fu's memories have been erased. He gazes at the two heroes with unfamiliar eyes, no longer recognizing them. Though Ladybug tries to fix this with the magical ladybugs, Fu's memory remains lost, leaving Ladybug and Cat Noir heartbroken.

Before leaving with Marianne, Fu hands Ladybug a simple key, a symbolic farewell gesture. As Ladybug and Cat Noir stand on the rooftop, watching Fu disappear into the distance, they make a solemn vow to protect the Miracle Box and honor his legacy-together, as the first-ever joint Guardians.
