Ben Valentine is a normal high-school student, he loves video games, music and other things teenagers like. He is completely unaware of his future, and therefore his knowledge of survival in the zombie apocalypse. He has to balance his need to help others and his need to help himself in the future.

Niki Omares is Ben's childhood crush, she'd never admit how she could reciprocate his feelings. She will have to protect her family while they protect her during the gruesome events of the zombie apocalypse.

Jon Worwark is Ben's childhood friend. They attracted each other by the fact they both felt the need to hide their true selves, for better or for worse. He will have to try and change his selfish ways before it's too late.
