I laughed almost immediately. Had she been seriously frightened by just one branch? It'd have been much more fun than expected. I approached slowly and silently from behind. At that moment, I could swear that I had heard a voice answering her on the other end of the phone. From the timbre it seemed to be masculine. I didn't even have the time to get any closer, that the girl began to run as fast as she could. The game'd finally begin.
