Phantom Agent

"Twenty of my men against a single agent? Seems like unfair odds."

His revolting smirk fueled my fire and I quirked a brow. "The odds are definitely in my favor. We both know that I could wipe your men out even if I was blindfolded."

Three years ago I made a choice.

I protected the single most important person to me.

But in the end it all came crashing down.

They say keep your enemies close, we'll mine are all around me. And at the top of my list are the four dangerously annoying agents that are now my new teammates.

Once they figure out my real mission, I have no doubt that they will want to tear the spinal column out of my growing empire I have constructed.

Why? Because I should have stayed dead.

In this line of work, fire is the devils only friend. The only person who once gave light to my darkness has already paid the price of knowing me...and loving me.

I am not the agent that goes by the code and keeps good by the team.

I won't stop until every once of blood is drained from the ones who left me afraid, alone, and broken.

No matter who gets hurt in the process.
