Shadows of Olympus

Born in Athens but raised in the shadow of Olympus, Nyxia's existence is a tapestry of secrets and prophecy. Her mother, Nyx, had an affair with a mortal historian named Castor Castellanos, granting him the gift of eternal life in exchange for his silence about their union. Nyxia grew up with her father in the mortal world, unaware of her divine lineage until the fateful day she turned seventeen. It was then that she began to exhibit her powers, drawing the attention of both gods and goddesses, as well as those who sought to use or destroy her.

Her mother, fearing for her daughter's safety, sent her to live with her uncle, Hades, the god of the underworld. Under his watchful eye, Nyxia learned to harness her powers over the night and its creatures. She became a skilled warrior and a master of shadow manipulation, a trait that set her apart from the typical demigods. Her time in the underworld was marked by darkness and isolation, yet it was also a period of profound learning and growth.
