The citizens of Los Angeles are afflicted with symptoms of anxiety, unidentifiable lacerations, and the lack of a will to live all while walking around with altered personalities. These symptoms, once observed, always lead to death, or at the very least, a missing person status. There is a suicide epidemic going on here, and 19-year-old Ever Belmonte is believed to be at the centre of it, but does he or anyone else really know that?
