Though Marcina Reyes was many things, few of them were inherently positive. Having been a reckless mess of an adolescent, and showing no signs of changing her behavior early into her adult years, it was only a matter of time before Marcina found herself at a crossroads. After causing a scene at her grandfather's memorial service, those crossroads found her.
Forced by her parents to make the choice to better her life before it was too late, Marcina dropped everything to take over the long-abandoned family farm. Marcina figured a breath of fresh air and some new scenery would do her some good, and then she could get back to her actual life with little to no loss.
Except, in her experience, loss was always inevitable.
