Just as Sonic thinks he is done defending Earth, a new gem arrives in Green Hills seeking revenge, and Sonic faces his greatest challenge yet. No chase of Chili dogs could help what Sonic is going through and how he's feeling. Sonic needs to help his friends get their memories back, including Classic Sonic. As Sonic continues his journey he finds out what Classic Sonic's been through and that he just wanted to make Pink Diamond happy and have fun. Sonic then decides to befriend the lost Gem and live happily ever after again.
