~synopsis~ Static Shock's brother, Luis, otherwise known as hyper-freeze, is talking to Static. Luis left their childhood friend and his love, Amy, in Statics care so he could prepare to fight "The shadow" and evil spirit that uses peoples negative feelings and possesses them so they act aggressive and evil. Under Statics care, the shadow came in and killed Amy.
