Amara stood in front of Zion, her hands trembling. "Zion, why are you doing this? You won't let me in. I don't understand."
Zion didn't respond immediately. His eyes were distant, his jaw clenched tight, and for a moment, the silence between them felt suffocating.
"I can't keep guessing what's going on in your head," Amara continued, her voice breaking. "I've been patient, I've been understanding, but you keep pulling away. I need to know, Zion. Why?"
He finally looked at her, his gaze sharp and unreadable. "What do you want from me, Amara?"
Her words caught in her throat. She hadn't expected him to ask that. "I-I want you to trust me. I want you to let me help, to be real with me."
Zion stepped back, the tension in his shoulders clear. "You want me to trust you? But what about what you're hiding? What about your own walls?"
Amara's heart skipped. "My walls?"
He took a deep breath, his eyes narrowing. "You're just as scared as I am, Amara. You want me to open up, but you haven't shown me the real you. So tell me, what's really going on with you?"
Amara stood frozen, the weight of his words sinking in. She had expected to get answers from him, but now, it seemed like she was the one who needed to come clean.

The Prayer of My Heart follows Amara, a passionate Christian singer who has been praying for the right man to enter her life, someone who shares her faith and values. When she meets Zion, a handsome man recently released from prison, she's drawn to him despite the emotional walls he's built. Zion is haunted by his past, struggling with trust issues and a desire to redeem himself. As Amara grows closer to him, she begins to question her own fears and doubts about love. Together, they must navigate their personal baggage and past mistakes, learning that true love requires vulnerability, faith, and forgiveness.
Alayna moans desperately, gripping my shoulder blades as I slowly guide myself inside of her. We're both gasping into each other's mouths, and my hands are in her hair as I push a little deeper into her. Alayna's eyes flutter to a close and her head rolls back as I edge out and thrust back into her, as gently as I can.
I take one of her hands into mine, threading our fingers together as my chest glides across her breasts as I push into her, multiple times. We're moaning and groaning and Alayna is clawing her nails down my back, leaving a trail of sweet pain and marks.
My face is buried in her neck as I press soft kisses to her skin and Alayna's thighs tighten around my waist, causing me to fall deeper inside of her.
