As it turns out, writing down your feelings in the form of poetry does wonders for your mental health,
So, here you have my feelings poured into paper (or actually, my phone screen), in the form of poems, with my commentary.
*Because I write mostly about my struggles in life, a lot of my work is very personal. It touches themes of trauma, addiction and generally a lot of difficult stuff, so have that in mind if you're sensitive to such topics.*
Why would I post any of it then, you might ask. Well I'm not sure yet, maybe I'll delete it later. But if it makes anyone, who shares similar difficulties to mine, less alone, I'll say it's worth it, so enjoy :))
The Tears I Learned to Love is a collection of poems that explores the complex journey of love, loss, and healing.
From the fiery passion of first moments to the silence left by absence, this book is about the deep ache of letting go and the quiet strength found in rebuilding.
Each poem reflects a moment of heartache, but also of resilience.
It's not just a story of heartbreak, it's about learning to embrace the tears that shape us.
