Elijah hates him. He hates them. They ruled the world how they saw fit and turned a blind eye on what was best for the rest of the world. They held the power, but he's going to hold their fates. He wants to make things right and be the voice to those who can not use their own.

In a different part of society, there is a man named Liam who has everything. Money, extremely good looks, strength and power. In fact, he has the potential to hold all power. He is a prince, destined to become a king, he is only waiting for his queen. He believes he will become a fair ruler, but that wasn't clear to everyone, and he couldn't understand why. He had a sweet heart after all, so why does he hate him?

"Only knowing that you'll be touching my things makes me uncomfortable." Liam said, his tone rising once he heard the way Elijah's last sentence was delivered.

"Are you that disgusted by me?" Elijah replied, absolutely livid. He told himself that he was mad at Liam and everything he represented. He told himself that those feelings are going to make his job easier, that he would be able to spy on him with peace of mind knowing that he is a piece of shit.

That's what he kept telling himself and that was the only way he would see it, but in reality, he felt a pang of sadness after what this almost complete stranger said.

At that, Liam couldn't stop his eyes from quickly looking at the lips of the man whose quick breath could be felt on his face. They got closer almost on instinct, as if they were meant to stay close. A fact that was still daunting to Elijah.

And as if lying was an impossible choice at that moment- which it probably was- he responded in a way that chocked both Elijah and himself.

"No." Is all he said before he stormed out.
