Ode (Warrior Cats Fanfic)

Dainty Paw was born beautiful. His fur is like spun sun light, his voice is sweet like honey and his eyes are angelic lilac. One would think he had everything, and in a way he does...but he also has absolutely nothing at the same time. He has his sister, Shard Paw, he loves her. He has his friend, Ash Thorn, though they've grown distant after Ash Thorn's progress as a warrior for Shadow Clan. But there is one thing, one tom, who he truly has. Bracken Strike, his best friend, he'll always have him, won't he?

The story begins where it should: when things start to matter between them. Dainty Paw will get his warrior name in less than a moon, and though he didn't know it then, more will come with his warrior name than he anticipated, such as hordes of unaddressed feelings to Bracken Strike and Ash Thorn alike.

Note: This is technically a prequel to an unpublished finished story, but it should all make sense regardless if you know how Warrior Cats works! I really hope you enjoy reading it, I was so so excited to finally write it! Enjoy!
