In the year 2569, society enforces a rigid class system where every human is classified into roles after receiving a drug called "Serenity" at age 15. Elara, a 15-year-old girl struggling with anxiety and depression, faces her classification day with dread. Upon waking from Serenity, she discovers she has been assigned the role of a "Little," which initially fills her with fear due to her lack of understanding about vampires.

However, as she acclimates to her new identity under the care of her gentle vampire caretaker, Prince Acheron, Elara finds comfort and structure in her role. With Acheron's support, she begins to embrace her identity and confront her inner struggles, discovering the power of compassion and acceptance.
