Arabell Winston was a name only whispered among the streets of Pervalion. The lovely princess they once adored had become a living nightmare for the people.

Banished from the kingdom at the age of twelve, the princess vanished without a trace. Yet, tales of the destruction left in her wake always found their way back to the ears of the public.

A decade later, the princess returned to Pervalion, escorted by her elder brother and crown prince, Aron Winston. He assured the wary public that Arabell was no longer the person they feared-that she was healed, changed, and no longer a threat.

Skepticism lingered, but the castle erupted in celebration, believing their long-lost princess had come home at last and that their collective nightmare was over.
