Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Things then start to get more confusing as strange people in kimonos calling themselves Soul Reapers attempt to capture Mikoto, Natsu, and Lucy, saying that they now know too much and must have their minds wiped............Now if Mikoto wishes to protect her friends and discover who she truly is....she must reawaken both the esper and Dragon Slayer power that has been sleeping within her.......or Yugami town might become an everlasting prison.
