Hunger Games AU w/ my OCs

It's that time again, the time when innocent children between the ages of 12 and 18 are sent to be murdered in endlessly cruel ways. This year is especially frightening. It's the 100th anniversary of the Games, and a very, very, very special Quell is in order!

⚠️ Rated Mature for Hunger Games' typical violence. if you read the books/watched the movies, you should be fine. It probably won't get too graphic, about the same level as the books most likely, maybe less.
