In Whiskey, There is Truth!!

"Thanks for making time for me, hyung", Namjoon grinned earnestly, his dimples deepening in happiness, and Yoongi couldn't be more endeared.

"For us... I always have time for our private celebration, Joon-ah.", Yoongi whispered in response without meeting the younger's eyes.

If someone had told the nineteen-year-old Yoongi that one day he would be enamoured by the mere sight of Namjoon vibing to his taste of music while Yoongi barely made any sense of it, then Yoongi would have laughed at their face and called them an idiot and may be flipped a finger at them too for good measure. But here he was, seated next to his bandmate, best friend, and confidant of eleven years, shoulders pressed against each other and sharing a bottle of whiskey, a tradition that they had been following for the past five years.
