But we need to stand up for ourselves. We have to make things better. We can't let negative overthinking make things worse. Please, don't ruin yourself-there are enough people out there who might try to bring you down. Focus on yourself. The journey of improving yourself is tough and tiring, but it's worth it.

I don't want anyone to suppress their emotions, but instead to face life's challenges with understanding.
