A simple business deal between the CEOs of Jackson & Co. and Westway Enterprises-I think not. Lucas Jackson is done placating stakeholders who constantly complain about his son Roman's reckless lifestyle. He's brilliant at what he does, but brilliance doesn't excuse scandal. Something-or someone-needs to ground him. Morenikeji Adedoyin is a grieving widow with two brilliant yet troubled children. Her son inherited multiple companies from his father but knows nothing about business. Her daughter, Moremi, is driven, successful, and entirely uninterested in love. Since the death of her husband, Morenikeji has been haunted by one fear: dying and leaving her children unprepared for the real world. When Lucas calls to offer condolences on the passing of an old friend, an unexpected idea is born: a marriage of convenience between their children. Roman needs discipline. Adetunde needs a mentor. Moremi needs purpose beyond the boardroom. Their parents need peace of mind. And all it takes is turning Moremi into His 𝓨𝓸𝓻𝓾𝓫𝓪 Bride. But when hearts get involved, deals get messy. And this contract might be the one thing none of them can control.

~~~~(Mature)~~~~ "We're worlds apart..." "But I'm right here." "I'm far, farrrrrrrrrr far beneath your class..." "And so? I don't care." He shrugged. "You're fucking engaged!" I rubbed away the tears, scrubbing the edge of my sweater on my sore skin. "And somehow you keep acting like that singular most important factor in whatever you're doing here with me is nothing." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In the bustling city of Lagos, Nigeria, a young woman named Somi struggles to be stable. She has been in and out of jobs, trying to keep up her "A" streak in school. Hot-headed and a go-getter. Her life turns when she meets Adams, a handsome and successful, Arewa man from an influential family, and despite having a betrothed, Adams is drawn to Somi's beauty, charm, and personality. Sarima is Somi's twin sister, and she struggles to make ends meet just like her sister. She has to deal with the university hassle, bills, and finding a good life with her sisters, Somi and Homa, without selling her body(beauty). She feels lost and directionless as there are a lot of drawbacks to being independent and surviving in Nigeria. To make matters worse, she also struggles with her feelings for her supposed friend, Kene. Will these sisters have it good at the end of the day or entangle themselves in a web they never planned to be in? #1 make money ~ 17th June 2023
