Mature
In the shadows of a maximum-security prison, where concrete walls hold secrets darker than the night, Dr. Elizabeth "Liz" Carter steps into a world where danger and deception intertwine.
Her mission: to uncover the truth behind a murder case.
Delving deep into the minds of each prisoner, Liz encounters the intriguing figure of Armando Aretas, a troubled young man who seems to be involved in the case somehow.
As Liz digs deeper into the case, she discovers that somebody is stalking her every move and when threats start to stir things up, Mr. Halter, Liz's boss, decides to assign Brian, a skilled cop, to assist her in the investigation but what happens when the investigation takes twists and turns and Liz soon finds out that things are not what they seem to be? Especially when she finds herself waking up handcuffed in the trunk of a black SUV beside Armando's warm body?

She's guarded, brilliant, impossible to read - and her presence on a joint terrorism case throws Hotch's world into chaos. The BAU doesn't play well with outsiders. And Hotch doesn't get distracted.
