Izuku gets hit by a dog quirk and depends on Katsuki's attention and validation in order to properly function.
Or; after the war Izuku and Katsuki are on better terms, or are trying to get on better terms.
Katsuki's plan to being nicer toward Izuku is to keep his distance from him until he can figure out how to control his mouth.
However, that plan quickly goes to the dump when they find themselves in yet another situation, although not as dire.

Why is Love so Complicated? (Bakudeku)
At the age of four, Izuku Midoriya has been diagnosed with ASD, otherwise known as Autism Spectrum Disorder. This story is about Izuku, Katsuki and occasionally Ochaco as they navigate through trial and errors on friendship, acceptance and most of all, love. Izuku doesn't have a problem with being autistic, but the world however thinks otherwise while he faces people at school who look down on him for it. But that doesn't stop him, the only thing he's facing is the fact he has fallen in love with a guy who used to bully and now is one of his best friends. That being Katsuki Bakugo. Katsuki is questioning his sexuality as he believes to have feelings for Izuku, but thinks it to be one-sided. As for Ochaco, she has got her own problems enough as it is, but continues to support those two on the sidelines while having to deal with her own issues.
