Avalon wanted to know who the winter soldier was,
though she didn't know her hunt would lead to this.
It hit Avalon like a bus when she found out the winter soldier was Steve Rogers best friend from the 40s, and that his attitude was downright horrible. But what hit her worse, is when she realized she was drawn to him and would do almost anything for him.
Bucky didn't know how it happened, but he knew that somewhere on the way towards his better future, he fell in love with Avalon Hart. Though he swore to himself he would never tell her, he couldn't. She was the one person he felt semi normal with, despite the childish bickering they would take place in, and he needed her.
