In this world rush duel cards had been turned into normal Yu-gi-oh cards to duel with in normal yugioh.
The story starts after the death of yuya sakaki the holder of the four dimensional dragons and before yuya died he sent his dragons away into the wind before zarc could awaken again but zarc only ended up in pieces in the dragons souls.
