Mingyu laughed while looking at his phone, drawing Seungkwan's attention. "Jeonghan hyung is spamming me with texts. He's scolding me for sleeping at your place too much," Mingyu said, grinning.

Seungkwan snorted and returned to his book. "He's not wrong..."
Mingyu narrowed his eyes, leaning slightly toward him. "Don't start complaining now. We've been crashing in each other's beds since we were in diapers."

"Yeah, but I stopped doing that when we started high school. You're the one who keeps coming over," Seungkwan pointed out, shooting him a quick glance.

Mingyu frowned, tilting his head. "Right... now that you mention it, why is that?"

"Just because..." Seungkwan murmured, chuckling softly to hide his nerves. There was no way he could tell Mingyu the real reason.
Just like Mingyu had a crush on his sister, Seungkwan, back then, had harbored a secret puppy love for Mingyu's stepbrother, Jeonghan.
