Icarus, wherein lay the darkest of fears.

Amagi, wherein lay the brightest of bliss.

Cradled within a world torn between the relish of freedom and the cruelty of death was an ever-growing fire of desire, the desire of revolution and of change, between the diplomatic country of Amagi and the dictatorship reigning upon Icarus.

Blood had stained the latter for far too long, the tears of the innocents and the cries of those who weren't permitted to speak remaining unheard by the rest of the world. But within the country, they had already sown successful seeds of a silently brewing resistance.

A dance between his morals and the urges of the soul residing within himself, Hongjoong grew up in this very daunting world of Icarus, being born with violence gurgling in his veins and finally becoming alarm of how truly dark the country he was a citizen of was. The youth finds himself striving to bring forth a change, the one to be etched upon books and cause a revolutionary transformation in history, inclining towards the positive side.

And amidst the fury of hostility growing within him, he finds his mind diverting and his heart swelling at the sight of someone he shouldn't really fall in love with. His knowledge about these particular emotions creating a plausible downfall in his life was accurate, yet he finds himself drawn to him, a simple smile and a sweet act of generosity snatching his heart at the blink of an eye.

With everything around becoming a symbol of an upcoming horror, will he be able to finally change Icarus, save the dwellers and turn his love into a tale of evermore?

Or will he make everything worser than it already is?

"Delphinium," he finally spoke in a low whisper, looking up at the other with an expression of quiet acceptance, "That's what it reminds me of whenever I look into those patient eyes of yours."
